If a user
has not received their link to set up their profile/log in:
1. Go to ‘Event users’ tab
2. Search for the relevant user from
the list either visually, typing in the search box, or filtering users with the
filter options
3. The ‘Filter’ box can help list
people with ‘Invite not accepted’ or ‘Invite not received’
4. Click a user
5. Click ‘Send invite’ to send a new email
invitation to the user (from no-reply@eventhive.com)
6. You can copy the invite link by
right-clicking on ‘View invite’ and selecting ‘copy’. Send this URL/link to the
user directly if they are not receiving the email.
